Delivery Info

*) We realise many people purchase costumes at the last minute so we offer a next working day delivery service for orders made before 4.00pm. Orders received after 4pm will be processed for shipping on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays.

Orders will be despatched by Courier and they need a signature on delivery. When placing an order with us please supply us with as much information as possible, such as a mobile number at which you can be contacted throughout the day.

In some cases you may want the parcel delivered to your place of work. When confirming your order there is a facility to specify an alternative delivery address for business locations only. Because all orders are delivered by courier a signature will be required.We ask for a daytime telephone number/mobile number so the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

99% of our packages are delivered within the specified times given, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or any distress caused as a result of a package not arriving on time. We use a third party courier with a great reputation, however, on rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers.
