We would like all our customer to be a 100% confident in making purchases from us at www.partymad.ie If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on our site we are happy to offer a full refund on the purchase price of the item excluding the delivery charge once the goods are unworn and the packaging is shop fit. The item must be returned within 7days, as per the Distant Selling Act.
Should a customer have reason to return an item you must enclose your: name, address, order number . This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Terms and Conditions: If a customer wishes to return a product bought on our site we must be notified via email or written letter within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) in question. Items must be returned to us within 7 days. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent. Returns must include all parts of the original item to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn. Costumes must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke, detergent or any other odour.
Costumes that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of the order being received.
Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days. Shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the costume only.
For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges for personal items such as - False Teeth, Masks, Wigs, Stockings, Tights, Borat ManKini's, Underwear etc.
During our busy seasons of Halloween and Christmas please allow up to 14 Working days for refunds to be processed,
The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
