Payment and Security
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser cards. All payments are processed using Worldpay, a recognised online credit payment agency that is guarded by SSL encryption security, and connections to the banks are completed over private dedicated circuits that are managed by the banks. Sensitive data is never held in any network segment accessible from the internet, ensuring you of the highest possible protection for your credit or debit card details.
Despatch and Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of confirmation of order. Goods are delivered by Fastway courier (within Ireland) to the delivery address supplied by you during the purchasing process.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, please return within 5 days of receipt of goods for a complete refund or replacement. Goods should be returned to:

Goods should be returned in full and in good condition at your own expense, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. To ensure goods reach us safely, we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit.
